Hands down the worst job I have ever had; the CEO is an unbalanced bully who provides zero training and support. Everything is met with unreasonable levels of criticism and staff are regularly belittled and insulted to a point of verbal abuse, no matter what result was actually achieved. The two faced, bully culture is so rife that it makes the office environment unbearable and renders the entire staff structure meaningless, as the company is run like a dictatorship. Overtime is considered mandatory and expected with no pay or gratitude, whilst achievement expectations are often delusional. Perhaps this is to ensure that staff are always in the wrong and therefore justify such bullying taking place. The pay is also marginally lower than average for the industry and this further increases the feeling of abuse that seems to occur naturally for employees of this company. It is reassuring to see a review similar to this on sites such as Indeed already and people with negative experiences such as these should share them, so to help others avoid the snakes and instead find the ladders that they deserve.
