Cons
The worst job I’ve ever had. There was complete lack of support considering the amount of information you are expected to know. There were constant double standards and impossibly high expectations that could never be reached. Absolutely no consideration for employees well-being. The only support I received was from colleges personally outside of work. The only way I can describe working for this company was like being in an abusive relationship. Everyone was walking on eggshells and terrified of making the smallest mistake so to not get publicly berated in front of the rest of the company. I truly believe I have been traumatised by working at this company. The experience has worsened my already pre-existing health conditions and cost me hours of counselling.
