Overall experience with organization - SAP Basis Consultant ISS (UAE) Employee Review

Most of the companies encourage the employees to enhance their skills but very few will give the opportunity to implement the enhanced skills. In my experience ISS is one of such few companies when will encourage to enhance, implement & guide to make is success. As promised they have given me couple of onsite opportunities & I strongly recommend ISS to anyone who want to build their profile with high level skills. Finally my profile has become high level profile, from a Technical Consultant to Analyst.

There are some occasions where I feel stress, but I believe it is every where.

Nothing to say about pros.

They will treat employees as slaves and dont have any employee benefits as like very low level company in India. They just have use and throw approach with disbursing salaries on time. Unfortunate thing is every employee has to beg the salaries at each month end. At the time of employment commit many things and will not fullfil, if you ask their commits you will be sacked overnight.
