      Pros

      Company is good . Pleasant Environment, friendly colleagues, Helpful Boss. You will get lot of experience in many areas as sometimes we need to do multiple work at a time.

      Cons

      Less recognition for some of the low level designation.. Only IT People are noticed more.

      Pros

      Intellisoft provided some good opportunities to advance my career, good working cultures and good technical team lead. I learned so much from the team and self-management They really understand work-life balance.

      Cons

      Everything will be fine here but working hours are more need to hard work.
