A first class company that strives for excellence in what they do. Generous to their employees. Most of us get regular bonuses and the owner passes out gift cards for silly reasons like anyone wearing similar colored clothes that day. They even pay us for our lunch time and they feed us several times each month. They allow us to work from home if we want too. Nice to have a choice. Owners are available and managers are helpful.
Cons
The company terminated some bad apples in the Quality Control department last year. Those folks still bug some of us almost a year later. Overtime has been rare, but growth has generated overtime the past few months. Likely to continue until new people are hired the next 2 months.

Our goal is to help our case managers be prepared for the role by providing a comprehensive 3-6 month training program led by a dedicated training supervisor. The first week taking place at our headquarters followed by ongoing, hands-on support continued for the next 3-6 months.
