      Pros

      I've been with ITC for few months now. Inspite of remote work due to pandemic, I enjoyed the virtual interactions and trainings. I strongly believe, ITC is a great place for someone who is keen on exploring their career on Oracle or other cloud technologies. They are good on perks and other benefits like medical insurance for family, term insurance, accidental insurance etc.

      - Opportunity to learn new technologies and learn them. - Flexibility in work schedule and working remotely.

      Cons

      - Processes still are either not followed or constant exceptions are made. - Skeleton crew staffing without enough technical knowledge. - No pay increases, CoL increases, nothing in YEARS. - No performance reviews done in YEARS.
