Brad makes promises he can't keep. In the job posting and in the interview, he said that working as a Talent Acquisition I could make 100 to 200k per year, but in the year 2023 he only had 5 clients who probably didn't even pay the company's bills.
Since the salary is based on commission if the prospect we refer is hired, Brad hired more than 15 Talent Acquisitions who didn't get paid anything. Employee turnover is high because he is a terrible leader.
In short, he makes promises he can't keep and is a terrible leader. No wonder IT Pro's Glassdoor rating is only 3 stars. Simply don't waste your time with this company.
