I would say social events but EVERY recruitment company does nights out/Holidays so it’s not really a pro!
Cons
-The office is a pure bullying culture - there is no support at all. -If you are new you are forced to work longer hours whilst your manager is fine to swan on off whenever it suits them. -No training or development at all - just told to pick up the phone - sink or swim mindset - GDPR breaches every single day you hear the words “GDPR Who?” Coming from the directors or managers mouths. - The place is run by people in there early 20’s it is more like a nursery then a place of work! -Every single 5* review is done forced - whilst the CEO watches you from behind your seat! - CEO a is a complete con artist - Google Connor Walsh Forex it is a great read! -Management are a bunch of jumped up wannabe Jordan Belfords with no real skill or industry knowledge! There is so many fantastic recruitment companies that offer excellent training and commission structures in Manchester - don’t be sucked in by Itecco’s web of lies - it is a terrible organisation and should be avoided at all cost!
