There are some very genuine, talented people across the business.

Cons

Can only speak about experience with the Commercial team for Aviation, Design and Hospitality, experience of CEO, and HR. Terrible experience, as a salesperson there is no strategy, not correct processes and no proper management. They restrict your growth in the hope that you are not able to succeed them. Sales Director and CCO both have clients and sell too, both being scared to lose their own roles their management style is non-existent, they take potential clients off you to boost their sales. Widely unliked across the floor they use bully tactics. They are unkind to any personal situations you may be in, and just see you as a number. They do not give you targets until very later in the quarter. No-one reads or accesses the website, in b2b you are selling very little apart from awards, because there is no audience. The company lacks direction, that's clear from all brands. If anyone was at the 2026 'kick off', the CEO embarrassed himself giving a speech and answering questions from the company. Other senior roles have been in the business such a long time they have no idea how to keep growing and what else is happening in the market. HR are controlled by CEO, they are just yes people. There was a fire next door to the office, and they decided to only tell 2 floors, they kept the other 2 floors above working.
