Willness to help those in the field. Pay has good at the time, apparently suffered since. Consultants work hard and help each other Separate departments and ability to tap into skill sets
Cons
Endpoint management...are we a sccm shop , altiris, Landesk shop. At one time know at the best altiris gurus around. That is lost and customers see that. Wrong people in the wrong spots...making poor decisions. Soo sad..
