decent pay, flexibility, no micro-managing

Cons

weak leadership team after the loss of long time president and CEO. Many changes coming too rapidly, team cannot keep up. Morale and environment is down, employees are not happy. No sense of direction and following the "fad" not long term plans. Huge lack of trust, firing of employees left and right without notice- leaving good and hard working people without jobs. I wish i would have never accepted employment with this company had I known what I did now.

If you'd like to work for a company that is structured more like a fraternity, this is the place for you. Senior leadership is completely out of touch with growth areas in technology, and instead chooses to support and partner with vendors who were hot 10 years ago. Little to no accountability at any level, no go-to-market strategy to mention, leadership closes their eyes to talent within their own ranks if they're not a member of the 'old boys club' of people put in VP positions because they're drinking buddies. I've seen talent run out of that joint in droves, it's a shame.

Willness to help those in the field. Pay has good at the time, apparently suffered since. Consultants work hard and help each other Separate departments and ability to tap into skill sets

Cons

Endpoint management...are we a sccm shop , altiris, Landesk shop. At one time know at the best altiris gurus around. That is lost and customers see that. Wrong people in the wrong spots...making poor decisions. Soo sad..
