Company is stuck in 2017 - Software Engineer ITgma Employee Review

Itgma is a company where you can get a lot of good experience of working with great clients and share a team with such a great colleagues.

There were too little training's for improvement of the employees, but now the company and the employees them self are organizing training and share the knowledge.

Nothing That Impresses Me at All

Honestly, it’s hard to say that I’m proud to work for this company. Instead of support and development, we mostly deal with pressure and the constant fear of being let go. The team keeps falling behind, positions are disappearing one by one, clients are leaving, and the company is failing to stay competitive in the market. It’s difficult to feel any pride when you can clearly see things moving in the wrong direction.
