Honestly, it’s hard to say that I’m proud to work for this company. Instead of support and development, we mostly deal with pressure and the constant fear of being let go. The team keeps falling behind, positions are disappearing one by one, clients are leaving, and the company is failing to stay competitive in the market. It’s difficult to feel any pride when you can clearly see things moving in the wrong direction.

This company caps salaries between 800–1300 EUR, even for senior roles. If you move to another employer, you can easily start around 2000 EUR. The work here is limited, with little room for career growth. If you’re ambitious and looking to advance, this isn’t the right place.
