      Pros

      ok pay, flexible. Have made a lot of good connections with people in different departments.

      Cons

      Benefits are not good. Leadership dishonesty. A lot of nepotism and unfairness. Brown nose advancements. Decisions based on opinions and not what is good for the company and employees. Very disconnected from supervisor level. Lots of favoritism and it's all about who you know. Thinking out-side the box is frowned upon.

      You can get bunch of overtime plus get cdls plus get to learn a lot About plants in area and network

      Cons

      On call every weekend never know when gonna get go home. It takes 6 years or more to become class journeyman. Pay okay but for work you do should be a lot More

      Pros

      Great people. Great atmosphere and teamwork. Many opportunities to learn and move up within the company.

      Cons

      They ask a lot out of the employees. Traveling employees are asked to be away from home a lot. The job is difficult and dirty, but very manageable if you are willing to work and learn.
