      Pros

      ok pay, flexible. Have made a lot of good connections with people in different departments.

      Cons

      Benefits are not good. Leadership dishonesty. A lot of nepotism and unfairness. Brown nose advancements. Decisions based on opinions and not what is good for the company and employees. Very disconnected from supervisor level. Lots of favoritism and it's all about who you know. Thinking out-side the box is frowned upon.

      Goos pay bad management bad people and they dont care about the workers none what so ever and it needs to change
