Pros

Great people. Great atmosphere and teamwork. Many opportunities to learn and move up within the company.

Cons

They ask a lot out of the employees. Traveling employees are asked to be away from home a lot. The job is difficult and dirty, but very manageable if you are willing to work and learn.

Pros

Good things about IVS is anything over 8 hours is overtime and then weekends is over time so that’s nice. Just reccently they gave $1 rasise for night shift and journeyman got $2 rasise nightshift.

Cons

So things that sucks about IVS your on call 24/7 some weeks might only work couple days and others work everyday. It’s slowed down but last year was working 2 weeks straight then get one day off. Weekends they expect you to sit around and wait on them to call you could be 6am or later in the day 4pm. So sucks can’t really make plans then also you cap out at $21.50 that’s after get 5,000 hours and have cdl class b. Which isn’t bad but think could be better. Then the top 20% of guys get every other weekend off which have to be there 6 to 8 years before you get every other weekend off.
