Pros
Many pros till about 3 years back. After that it lost all its charm.
Cons
Basic financial discipline is missing. No ears for receiving constructive feedback. Positive contributors are often ridiculed by CXOs and frustrated so that they quit and move on. Lies to employees flat on face. No townhall, No appraisals and No recognition. HR leadership is as insensitive as the CXOs.
