Okay for early career - Analyst IZEA Employee Review

I've contracted with IZEA for more than a decade. Great communication, supportive teams, and work I believe in will keep me contracting for years to come.

Great coworkers and an industry that’s interesting, even if the company itself may not be the best place to build a long term career.

The company culture has changed drastically with the new CEO and leadership team. While employees are asked to provide feedback or raise questions, those conversations can feel unsafe or discouraged due to the tone and reactions from leadership. The environment no longer feels supportive, and the overall vibe has become negative. Career growth opportunities are extremely limited, and pay does not match the responsibilities.
