Engaging and positive workplace overall. Communication is on point, regular one to ones each month so you are aware of performance strengths and any area's for improvements. Morale is great at the helpdesk, everyone works together and supports each other across contracts to achieve the best results. Quarterly events are great extra bonus, paid for by the company.
