      -the team I worked with in store was incredible -its an amazing product

      -backward company that doesn’t understand how to market -head office is a big boys club -clothes are poorly designed and slim fitting

      Pros

      Cool fabric technology and useful for people that like to ski or enjoy snow sports. Sock warranty is popular.

      Cons

      Niche, expensive brand with extremely low foot traffic. May be uncomfortable if alone for hours at a time 3-5 days a week. Good luck meeting the silly commission targets that require everyone to meet goal before any payouts happen.
