Pros

Icom has a lot of great people who work there. Their vacation plan is wonderful.

Cons

No raises or cost of living increase in more than 5 years. Senior management doesn't listen to employees. They blame managers but never look at themselves and how they can improve. Senior management did an employee survey to improve things around the office. They put on a good show for 3-4 months and then nothing came of it, just like everything else they do. There is no leader. There is no operations manager, bad communication and they have no plan on how to improve sales, communication, support, IT, etc. This is a Japanese company that doesn't understand how people work and buy in America. They treat Icom America like a child. The two worst things though is that mediocre job performance is okay. (they don't encourage employees to excel) and there is no true leadership.
