      Talented and creative colleagues, great company culture, lots of different types of tasks that provide good development opportunities, freedom to design your work around your interests and keeps the work exciting. Flexible remote work policy and a nice feedback culture.

      Cons

      Communication between departments/teams could sometimes be a bit more transparent.

      Pros

      Everyone that I have engaged at the company are super nice, approachable and no one seems to have any ego either! So that's a first for me. I definitely felt welcomed like a family from day 1. They do fun and engaging (even silly) events. Their creative approach is top-notch AND SO IS THE TEAM behind it. They definitely encourage growth and I have experienced that first hand. Take advantage of the benefits!!! Everyone is always willing to help get you where you want to succeed.

      Could use more dogs in the office. There should be a lock for the beer bot.
