Pros

Hard to find many pros here. Some of the people were decent and some of the clients were fine. Otherwise its worth staying far away.

Cons

If you come from the German office or are German you should be ok. Otherwise, you will be an outsider that is met with constant resistance. The previous CEO didn't understand the US business and how it operated. I wouldn't trust the new CEO to run an ice cream truck. There is so much backstabbing and possessiveness that it kills the ability to do anything good or great at this company.

Everyone that I have engaged at the company are super nice, approachable and no one seems to have any ego either! So that's a first for me. I definitely felt welcomed like a family from day 1. They do fun and engaging (even silly) events. Their creative approach is top-notch AND SO IS THE TEAM behind it. They definitely encourage growth and I have experienced that first hand. Take advantage of the benefits!!! Everyone is always willing to help get you where you want to succeed.

Cons

Could use more dogs in the office. There should be a lock for the beer bot.
