If you’re unfamiliar with Qlik as a fresher, be aware that this could become a significant issue down the line especially during training, which is already challenging. Additionally, the management (particularly Rapti) struggles with team leadership; Mohit was better in that role. The team lacks support, internal politics run high, and some senior employees who are unable to move on feel stuck.
