worst environment to be a part of . toxic work culture CEO is a nice man but the people at Noida office are really very bad. they have a inhuman approach towards the fellow employee. lots of nepotism. don't know if higher management is aware of it or not

Good to fresher who are already familar with Qlik

If you’re unfamiliar with Qlik as a fresher, be aware that this could become a significant issue down the line especially during training, which is already challenging. Additionally, the management (particularly Rapti) struggles with team leadership; Mohit was better in that role. The team lacks support, internal politics run high, and some senior employees who are unable to move on feel stuck. In short, only join this company if you’re looking to sabotage your career and mental well-being.
