Oh man, thinking which one and how many to write here, let me see:
a. Office in a warehouse like a goods godown, away from metro and transport.
b. Just ONE single smelly dirty toilet for male and female staff (Nov 2017). I never used it after lunch
c. No decorum or office etiquettes, S'pore ceo, sales and fopm team lead drink alcohol in office openly
d. Regularly asked me to schedule meetings after 6 pm till 9 pm. Most days I come back home at 10 pm. No cab reimbursement or food vouchers
e. Deploy staff with 3 months experience as 5 years to client site
f. Pay lowest salary to dp holders, less than 1.7k $ pm and bill to client at exorbitant prices
g. Cheapest medical insurance, no use if you ever need it
h. Owner use to boast like he is ceo of multi billion $ company. Full of ego. Always in self praise mode or praising his son based in bangalore.
i. 2 year bond for all and compulsory renewal if u need appraisal, even the head of delivery with 19 yrs exp was asked to sign a bond
j. No HR, no system admin, no decent place to have lunch. Kitchen area full of insects and termite in all wooden areas. (I heard renovation done now)
k. Owner writes fake reviews of company and takes negative feedback personally. Fires people who do not agree with him. Scary atmosphere for ppl who migrate from India.
