small company, faster help and support if needed LAPTOP with open access to all sites. administration rights to install saftwares Good internal systems for leave etc like salesforce

2 year bond and asking to renew every time. Arrogant emails from HR. No good tech leads. No support if u r strucked at any issue Politics and bad management at all steps. Very bad HR and employee care. Very low per diem and crapie guest houses in Mumbai, Singapore etc Few leaders and employees glove in hand with mgmt. No equal appraisal Less focus on work or clients, more focus on politics and patting own back 0 work ethics, always working to cut salaries, and delay f&f payment Give 7 year old laptops to new joinies staff
