Pros
I started at Idea Science part-time whilst still a full-time university student and Idea Science have been incredibly accommodating to me throughout my degree and after completing. Not many organisations will hire an undergraduate university student and be understanding of balancing studying, work and life commitments. I have been lucky to be build many fantastic relationships with senior leaders and other teammates, even if I do not directly work with them. The Idea Science culture is open and all members regardless of position/experience are willing to help you, even if that means delaying their own work. Idea Science is a company willing to invest in their employees and based on my experience I can not recommend them enough. - History of employing students - will give people a go if they display drive and willingness to learn regardless of strict experience - CEO is friendly and goes out of his way to engage with all members of the organisation, regardless of your position/experience! - Great team culture - all team members are willing to help each other out - Mentoring - Innovative organisation - always willing to listen to ideas - Passionate team members - Great culture
Cons
I have not experienced many, if any cons personally! However, some clients are overseas which can mean some hours/working engagements are more challenging.
