Pros
They will give you an opportunity to work with clients directly and quickly. Very little structure to get in the way of doing client-direct work. A great place to gain experience.
Cons
Owners are too focused on their image and care a lot about how they look as opposed to making sure that their employees are happy or satisfied with their jobs. Management tends to micromanage and lacks trust from the staff. Hours are standard for an agency, but pay scale is very poor.
