Pros
I was with IdenTrust for over two (2) years. It's a great firm with great employees. They have found a nitch in the CA and Root Certificate world where there are very few competitors.
Cons
I applied for three (3) positions within that time and was declined each time. This caused a rift between management and myself as I wanted to do more. I am used to a fast call center workplace, get as many calls done, keep off of Do Not Disturb and keep call times low. I took the most calls of anyone, had the least call time and very little off phone time but had the most complaints as I was not touchy feely with the customers. Forbid the use of the term "Open Source" with some management, you'd think it's a curse word and be talked down to as if your thought is worthless. No cross training with other departments, once yer on the phones good luck getting off of them.
