Pros

The pay and the work schedule.

Cons

Management is horrible. Very nit picky and sets unrealistic expectations. A certain supervisor will harass and make fun of your personal weakness to your face and in conference calls. A lack of true openness and a negative mindset in coaching their employees. Once you’re on the bad list, they show it and will mislead. “Family Culture” doesn’t exist. It’s a blame you not them. A lack of true ownership and responsibility. Poor training methods.

Pay was good. Benefits were good. Lots of good people work there.

Cons

No new customers in years, Poor Management - they don't listen or understand. No opportunities for advancement. No training. Raises were insulting.
