Pros
Long time player in the industry with large base of installed customers and dealers. Company is interested in growing. Base pay is higher than industry. The non manager staff are excellent, good people that genially try to help, the offices have a great internal culture.
Cons
Zero sense of direction, or support to actually achieve goals. Many burned dealers and end users because of poor management decisions (both product and executive.) Poor treatment of employees resulted in massive turnover in senior sales and engineering positions 100% of Sales engineer and 90% of RSMs in 2018-2019. Unrealistic quota expectation with little or pointless product development. Identiv bought two companies to try and grow portfolio (Freedom and 3VR) but they were filled with issues. Compensation package is poor, base pay is good but unobtainable quota means your OTE is not what was sold to you, no 401k matching and health benefits are slim.
