Pros
A small company with quick action. Good place to share your ideas as they get heard, help is there in case you want to grow in leadership. Directors and Account Managers are always available to talk and discuss things even if they are related to personal growth. Senior management mentors the juniors and provides guidance with help. Personally, its been a good 6+ yrs journey with the company.
Cons
Being a small company, its difficult to attract good talent from the market, therefore its a constant struggle to filling in positions in projects.
