Pros
Open culture, everybody works together, be it the director, designer, tester, or developer. No position hierarchy, cuts all the stupid office politics from creating amazing products. Ideas and suggestions are valued, I myself suggested few ideas which are in use

There are sometimes bottleneck over ongoing projects number of employees which leads to max 2 project per employee
