      Pros

      not much to say about pros, except you get to know customers directly and work with them.

      Cons

      Tech team lacks leadership Management does not know to retain employees over bonding emphasised and people get ignored if they don't overbond (the extremes are what you see all the time) less pay and lot of routine work management is not strong when it comes to taking a line with customers

      Nothing good to say about this pathetic place.

      Cons

      - No quality work. - Less pay. - No proper planning - Constant pressure from the project manager - No Work life balance as you have to work on weekends.
