      Remote work and good coworkers

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations for workload and you frequently get blamed or faulted for situations not in your control. CEO doesn’t understand what goes into employees jobs and makes impossible commitments to clients. Employees have to push back hard to maintain work life balance. Lots of micromanaging from people who don’t understand what you do.

      Remote work, great benefits, great people. Work is challenging and the push for growth and education is nice.

      Cons

      Not exciting work. A major challenge is pushing through many mundane tasks or learn how to automate them and grow both you and the business.
