Supervisors and managers, both immediate and upper level take a true interest in their employees. I've never had a company treat me, in a good way, anywhere near what they have. I was sick and they were incredibly understanding and went out of their way over and over to make sure I received as much care and financial compensation as possible, while I was out sick. My direct manager, Gail has helped me so many times and in so many ways. If you're looking for a good company to work for that will treat you like a person, and not just an expendable agent, this is the place for you.
