Great company, great people, great benefits
Pros
I started at this company as a temp agent during the annual enrollment period during the COVID pandemic. At the time I had spent years prior selling health, life, annuities, and investments. I had planned on retiring from the insurance world. During AEP I found that the work/life balance was probably the easiest I've ever encountered in a sales related position. After AEP I was asked to stay on as an agent and work for the company full time. The way the company treats both its temp employees and full time employees is very admirably. The benefit schedule is better than some of the fortune 100 companies I've worked for and they handle the purchase of all licenses. You are only responsible for renewal CEs. Due to the level of experience in other fields outside of sales I was asked to move into a more administrative roll handling their cloud telephony system. Overall I can say this is one of the best companies I've worked for. The executive team really cares about you. The way they produce their leads is par to none. Their pay scale is fair with a combination of salary and commission based on performance. Health benefits are handled entirely by the company and they have a great retirement plan in place. Above all else the company runs with integrity and they keep the promises they make.
Cons
As an agent, it is a sales oriented position which requires you to sell. The Ignitist team have fair expectations and are willing to improve performance instead of immediate termination, but all the same there is the requirement for performance. Also the vending machine has Pepsi product and not Coke. (joking not joking Pepsi sucks)
