Even during AEP, they are super supportive about letting an agent take time (doctor appointment) and then make it up during the week. They treated me like a part of the family. I loved it there.

Supervisors and managers, both immediate and upper level take a true interest in their employees. I've never had a company treat me, in a good way, anywhere near what they have. I was sick and they were incredibly understanding and went out of their way over and over to make sure I received as much care and financial compensation as possible, while I was out sick. My direct manager, Gail has helped me so many times and in so many ways.
