Pros

Company gives employees store credit for glasses throughout the store if daily goals are met. Somewhat flexible hours for emergencies.

Cons

Very uncomfortable environment with “co workers”. Pretentious employees that has the conception that they are better than everyone else on board. Always felt as if I was in competition within our own TEAM. A lot of gossiping and throwing each other under the bus. Cutting hours without any form of communication or notice but still expected to receive the same dedication.
