The culture is highly creative, dynamic, and with lots of opportunities to socialize within and outside work hours. Compensation is higher than average for a studio this size, and benefits that reward performance as well as work/life balance.

Don't come here if you want to blend into the background of a large studio - this is a place where people are expected to own their job, roll up their sleeves, and collaborate and make games. Good news is that individuals have a big impact on what ends up in-game.

Loved everyone there, although I didn't personally know anyone in upper management.
