      Great collaborative legal team. Knowledgeable staff dedicated to serving the Medicaid population. Interesting legal issues.

      Cons

      There are challenges when the legislature or Governor's office launches new legislation or new initiatives. There are also the constraints with budget cuts and uncertainty on funding from state and federal government.

      Pros

      Lots of potential to learn. Lots of contacts to make. Lots of opportunities to be hired full time and move up the "ladder."

      Cons

      Not a lot of interaction with management. Not a lot of instruction from day one forward. No real explanation of expectations.
