Store manager is very subjective. Always saying abusive words and heavy micro-managing. The higher management only care about sales and make jokes on lower sales store(which they think it is funny).

Office politics is unbearable. The commissions used to be great but now that's gone for a toss. Forget any growth as management will overlook you even if you are their top seller and 'most dependable' employee.
