Pros
- nice and friendly colleagues - good working conditions and environment - fair salaries (were tied up with benchmarks over last year's)
Cons
- not inspiring top management - week performance evaluation process - not a "People" organization I had a very negative experience of leaving the company, it was organized very unfair, like has no value there. Incompetent new team lead, who was officially promoted after 6moths of probation even though the whole team was very unhappy with him, there was simply even no feedback session organized between management and HR and his teammates to discuss how he was performing, even though there were already complaints!
