Pros

- good perks & benefits - good atmosphere - quarterly feedback/development talks for every employee, career options

Cons

- short term thinking in terms of "revenue now" over investing in the future occurs too often - communication culture (base <--> upper management) is not good, frustration results - employee satisfaction is generally low

Pros

Applied and got through many rounds of interviews. The talent acquisition staff was great in preparing me for each stage of their interview process. Even though I was not a good fit for the role, everyone I spoke with gave me clear feedback and I feel genuinely wanted me there. The staff was super helpful and mentioned I should connect with them to apply again later if things changed.

Cons

Not much to complain about as I had a great experience with the recruiters and everyone I spoke with.
