Not near to trust worthy and employee friendly. You come to this organization on your wish but will leave as they wish or tortured to leave. Your relieving will be extended. Your financial setelment will not done timely. Smart people leave by lying and games. No retensions.Once they feel your salary is more than non logical expectation from you after you join you are at their gun point to hit bullseye. Want more work with less pay. Cant see any employee growing beyond limit. ungrateful . Non truth ful. Check your documents and then only join. If you are ready to forget about self respect and take a course to impress and gossiping, about your colleagues after that join. You get your salary for work and listen to bulley words for and from company. Dont leave a good oppurtunity if you get as i did. World is amazing outside this company. Its just a shop playing with you and selling you there false comitments.
