Worst leadership which is better caller dictatorship by the MD. Most unprofessional, disorganized, unethical organization. Employee unfriendly, never honors commitment even on salary. You can forget about everything other than monthly salary credited to your bank. Over selling and false information regarding revenue, profit, number of employee, role and every thing else during recruitment. Unfair and unstated expectations and unreasonable demands/pressure on employees. Utopian ideas to get the best free of cost. Not conducive to discharge ones role and deliver anything due to politics promoted by the CEO himself. No employee is trusted and so asked to leave immediatley once the employee gathers little information/knowhow of the technology/market. Benefits are poor, feedback from employees are not considered, instruments they sell do not work reliably The founder of the company is unprofessional and doesn't value talent/people working for him. Get everything in writing before you work here, as they can change terms once you start working and could treat you like slaves. Low pay, bad work culture, no work life balance too many negatives to count. Would not recommend this company to even my enemies. Founders are not worth working for, work here if you have no other place in world and you are running out of food. Bad work environment, terrible and unreasonable management, high attrition rate and long work hours. Bad compensation package. Countless... No focus-what to do & When. No marketing activity at all, Management want to open a shop in future so no sales team required. Doctors will come with trolleys and shop what product they want like a superstore. No real time market research, financials projection based on single person's one thoughtless speech. Think only in one direction
