I don’t find any nowdays.

Salary and Expenses will never be on time. You have to beg for it and i have not received my F&F after 7 months of leaving.

It is been 4 years working with this company, before joining I have heard so many reasons to not to work with, but I got to know the things personally when I joined this company. They give ample scope to the person who wants to work and grow accordingly. They are employee friendly, if you are an achiever you will get extra care to do your job in a more better way. Sometimes Management give their hand to pull out the person from the manhole if they find you worth of it and there is the growth for you never believed or seen before. I have seen management to have patience to the non performer and given extra attention by giving extra efforts and training to them. I will recommend people to work with this company as here it is great work culture you will find for sure, along with this staffs are very supportive. You will get to learn from each step.

Yes , there are few backdrops as well, as the company believes in 6 dayas working where people are seeking for saturdays off to take care the personal stuff aswell , but here all the saturdays are working, also sometimes management somewhere gives importance to the people who shows off and talks about their performance where as there are few more workers as well who works silently for the company and never shouts on back. They need to take care of those people as well who sacrifices their own requirement for company-sake.
