Pros

- Experience in randomness - There are some decent folks there to work with (unless they all left already)

Cons

- Hiring discrimination occurs - Awful management - zero benefits - Salary is a joke at 35K to start, with no outlook to move up beyond 47K, unless they find a viable revenue stream

First, I would like to apologize for our delayed response and thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am really sorry that your experience at ImpactClub® was not one to be desired and one that fell short of the high standards we hold ourselves to. Your feedback is extremely important to us and something we do not take lightly. As a growing and expanding company we are constantly learning from our mistakes and collaborating together to find solutions to the problems we face and our employee experience is one of the areas we are currently working on improving. With that, we take full ownership for dropping the ball and for not fostering an environment where you felt proud to work with us. We will continue to put processes in place to make sure our employees feel heard, appreciated and walk away proud to have work at ImpactClub®. Best, Ashley Chief Operating Officer

Pros

The people are kind, supportive, fun and provide a safe place to be yourself and learn. This is a workplace that provides a safe place for all people no matter how you identify which is one of the reasons I respect my co-workers so much. The culture is so positive and uplifting all the while providing a fresh perspective on business practices and operations. I have learned SO much since I have started and genuinely love working here so far.

Cons

Because ImpactClub is a startup there are always changes going on and processes being updated. However, some people may view this as a con, but this is actually one of the things I like. I honestly can not think of any Cons about working here for me personally at this time.
