- Experience in randomness
- There are some decent folks there to work with (unless they all left already)
Cons
- Hiring discrimination occurs
- Awful management
- zero benefits
- Salary is a joke at 35K to start, with no outlook to move up beyond 47K, unless they find a viable revenue stream
Impact Club Response
7y
First, I would like to apologize for our delayed response and thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am really sorry that your experience at ImpactClub® was not one to be desired and one that fell short of the high standards we hold ourselves to. Your feedback is extremely important to us and something we do not take lightly. As a growing and expanding company we are constantly learning from our mistakes and collaborating together to find solutions to the problems we face and our employee experience is one of the areas we are currently working on improving.
With that, we take full ownership for dropping the ball and for not fostering an environment where you felt proud to work with us. We will continue to put processes in place to make sure our employees feel heard, appreciated and walk away proud to have work at ImpactClub®.
Best,
Ashley
Chief Operating Officer
You think it is full of promise, a lot of uplifting talk to work hard for the company, but then you realize you can take more away from what you go through once you’ve left.
Cons
Read this now and do yourself a favor and don’t work here. The CEO could care less about his employees except for his head of management that basically runs the place and discriminates against all applicants/employees. They will use you, drain you, and then get rid of you once they have had enough.
